John Dourm is the Facility Manager extraordinaire! He manages all locations but primarily focuses on the main campus in Canton and the Hope House Recovery Center in North Canton. John has been with the church since December 2001. He also loves technology and oversees the media and sound booth plus serves as the church network administrator. In his spare time, he teaches in our small group ministry and has a balloon ministry. John enjoys family time with his wife, Clara, and their two children, along with camping, exploring the woods, kayaking, and science fiction.

Val accepted Christ as Savior at the tender age of five years old and was raised in the church. Being the daughter of a church deacon, Val has been involved in church most of her life. Her church involvement mostly was wrapped around the church office in various capacities since graduating high school. Val is currently serving as the Pastor Assistant to Lead Pastors Brad and Nicole Myers, along with assisting in other office responsibilities. Val’s husband, Tim, is the keyboard player on the Cross Pointe Church worship team. They have two daughters, Tesa and Tori, and a bunch of pet chinchillas running around their house.

Sharon was raised In Cross Pointe Church in the early days when it was known as Bethel Temple. She is the third generation to attend the church. Sharon holds a BA in Christian Education from Central Bible College with Master’s training at Wheaton College in Print Media. She met her husband, Al, in Wheaton marrying in 1979. Sharon has two daughters, Christine Snodgrass, who serves on the pastoral staff, and Andrea Peterson who serves on the worship team. Sharon has served in many ministries throughout the years but currently serves as the Administrative Assistant. In her spare time, she loves “digging up dead people,” better known as researching Genealogy.

Tim Totten has served as church Business Manager since March 2018. He has been part of the Cross Pointe family since 2002. Tim and his wife Robin have been married 41 years and have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Tim is a retired high school science teacher who enjoys fishing, camping and following Cleveland and Ohio State sports teams.
